It is the commemoration day of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives on January 20, 1990, for the sovereignty and independence of Azerbaijan.

Today, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board, Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, the heads of religious confessions and clerics in our country visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku.

The graves of the victims of the January 20 tragedy were visited, fresh flowers were laid, their souls were remembered with deep respect, and prayers were recited.

May Allah have mercy on the martyrs of January 20 and all the martyrs of the Motherland!
