On this occasion, I pray to the Almighty for the perpetual peace and prosperity of our nations and the Ummah.

Our acquaintance, which began in Istanbul and continued over many years of pleasant relations at various events, gives me confidence that the friendship and brotherhood between the Directorate of Religious Affairs and the Caucasus Muslims Board will continue at a high level, as it always has. As the supreme representative of our sacred religion, which serves peace, justice, and moral-ethical advancement, may your future activities, in accordance with the principles of Islam, bring goodness to our peoples, our nations, and the entire Turkic world, God willing!
