.The Eurasian Economic Summit held in Istanbul continued its work on May 13. On the second day of the Summit, held on the theme "Global Responsibility," Haji Allahshukur Pashazade, Sheikh of All the Caucasus, spoke at the panel "A Planet Running Out of Water and Greenery." Assessing the cataclysms taking place in the world as a threat to humanity, A. Pashazade said: "Regrettably, the era we live in is marked by great confrontations and human slaughter.

Clashes on geopolitical, economic, ethnic, religious, and racial grounds, together with intensifying climate change, threaten the future of humanity. All of these problems stem primarily from the violation of the divine order and from people's estrangement from their moral and spiritual roots."

The Sheikh of All the Caucasus noted that Azerbaijan, too, is a country that has been subjected to war crimes, human slaughter, and genocide: "Thanks be to God, under the leadership of our victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief — His Excellency President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan — we have fully restored our territorial integrity and sovereignty, recognized by the world community. Today, on our liberated lands, we are carrying out large-scale restoration and reconstruction work, breathing new life into places of worship belonging to Muslims, Christians, and other faiths, reviving our cultural and spiritual heritage, rebuilding our cities, and acting as the initiator of peace and progress projects in the region."

Following his speech, A. Pashazade was presented with honorary gifts by Akkan Suver, head of the Marmara Group Strategic and Social Research Foundation.

It should be noted that close to 400 delegates from 48 countries are taking part in the 29th Eurasian Economic Summit, organized by the Marmara Group Strategic and Social Research Foundation.
