TO HIS EXCELLENCY MR. ILHAM ALIYEV, PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
Honorable Mr. President!
Many thanks to the Almighty Creator for granting us the happiness of congratulating Your Excellency on your continuous successes and achievements. We sincerely congratulate you on being awarded the International "Zayed Award for Human Fraternity" for your efforts in achieving peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and we wish you new heights in your activities for the sake of supreme human values.
Following the Great Karabakh Victory achieved under Your Excellency's leadership, you continue to grant the Azerbaijani people the pride of historically significant victories and prestigious international awards on the global political-diplomatic stage. Your ideas and initiatives serving human fraternity worldwide earn the Azerbaijani state invincibility, trust, and respect internationally. Your decoration with this prestigious award—established based on the document signed by the Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders (where Azerbaijan is represented by the Sheikhulislam), the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed Al-Tayeb, and the late Pope Francis—is a manifestation of the global family’s appreciation for Your Excellency’s efforts and deeds that are pleasing to the Almighty.
We take pride in the fact that Azerbaijan’s model of exemplary interreligious cooperation, multiculturalism, and inter-sectarian understanding is appreciated worldwide, and this is the fruit of Your Excellency's modern and wise statesmanship. Progress and prosperity are impossible without peace, stability, and mutual understanding; as the political leader of Azerbaijan, your activities in this direction deserve the kindest words and the highest awards. Your Excellency’s position at the forefront of the world's peace agenda—participating as a founder in the Peace Council—is another brilliant example of your valuable work for ideals pleasing to the Almighty. Seeing Your Excellency as a founder on such a prestigious global platform fills us with pride and evokes respect and honor among the religious believers who are an integral part of the Azerbaijani people. We are confident that this historic step will play a major role in global peace and in eliminating the threats and dangers worrying humanity, Inshallah. Our prayers are with you. May our Almighty Lord protect you and your esteemed family!
As leaders of the religious confessions of a country led by Your Excellency—a resolute world-class leader and wise statesman who has succeeded in strengthening Azerbaijan’s state policy based on national-moral and universal-multicultural values founded by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev—we feel infinite honor. As individuals who experience this feeling every time at the most prestigious international events outside our country's borders, we pray for the Almighty's blessings upon your activities.
Your Excellency! You are a Mighty political figure who raises the name of Azerbaijan and the glory of the Azerbaijani people to great heights. On behalf of the believers of Azerbaijan, we once again express our deep gratitude to you for the successes and achievements you have brought to Azerbaijan in all spheres of life through your wise statesmanlike thinking, and we convey our best wishes and blessings.
