The Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, departs for Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on February 2. The visit takes place at the invitation of Mohamed Abdelsalam, Secretary-General of the "Zayed Award for Human Fraternity" organization, established by the Sheikh Zayed Foundation of the UAE.
CMB Chairman A. Pashazade will participate in the presentation ceremony of the 2026 "Zayed Award for Human Fraternity."
As part of the visit, Sheikh-ul-Islam A. Pashazade will also attend a meeting in Abu Dhabi held under the chairmanship of the Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders, Mohamed Abdelsalam. For information, it should be noted that Sheikh-ul-Islam A. Pashazade is a member of the Muslim Council of Elders, which is chaired by the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed El-Tayeb.
Several bilateral meetings are scheduled during the visit, which will continue until February 5.
